Products

Our tech-suede doesn’t age like leather but develops its own unique patina. Material is influenced by factors such as environment, use or exposure to sunlight.

Our high-quality materials are all additionally coated and therefore dirt and water-repellent. Gentle cleaning with a mild detergent and a damp cloth is recommended for most stains. For special stain problems, please contact our customer service team.

We only use specially selected, high-quality tech velvet, which is known for its durability. Our sports velvet is even used by other manufacturers for workwear and is therefore absolutely suitable daily wear and tear. It retains its luxurious appearance even with frequent use.

Because we love animals, we only use vegan materials. These fabrics look and feel very similar to conventional leather – and offer a luxurious experience that makes no compromises when it comes to animal welfare and quality.

Our products are made with precision and care in our own manufactory in the heart of Hamburg. We work with skilled inhouse tailors and fine bag makers who share our dedication to craftsmanship.

“Everlasting Fashion” is our answer to today’s throwaway society. By using high-quality materials that are as environmentally friendly as possible, we are rethinking the concept of the classic designer bag. This makes our products last longer and our value creation cycle more sustainable.

Our design bags are versatile companions for sophisticated women. As all fabrics are additionally coated, each bag is dirt and water repellent and just as suitable for the barn as it is fashionable for the city.

Shipping

We ship to Europe, the USA and Canada – and on request to other countries around the world. For exact information on shipping and customs fees, please contact in advance via office@annaklose.com.

For deliveries within the EU, to the USA, Switzerland, Great Britain and Canada, ANNA KLOSE Hamburg will bear the customs costs. If we deliver outside these countries, the customs duties will be
charged subsequently.

The stated delivery times refer to our standard products. These may vary depending on the category and seasonal promotions. If you have specific questions about the lead time, please contact office@annaklose.com.

Within the EU (except Germany)

Good things take time. As all items are handmade in our own manufactory and only produced when ordered, the delivery time is 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the product and the country to which the
item is delivered. The exact delivery times can be found in the check-out.

All products are eligible for free exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. However, personalized orders are excluded from exchange and therefore non-refundable.
