FULL SUCCESS: OUR EQUESTRIAN FITNESS CHALLENGE WITH HANNAH ERBE
Hamburg, January 2023: Eight European championship titles and several medals at the German championships – Hannah Erbe's list of trophies as a youth rider is impressive. One of her “secret weapons” has always been that she places a high focus on her own physical training.
„Be at least as fit as you expect your horse to be!“
This ironclad fitness rule is one of the building blocks of Hannah Erbe's successful sporting career. So we are all the more delighted that we were able to persuade the young rider to share a few of her training secrets with us. For the Equestrian Fitness Challenge, she put together a three-week program that includes daily workouts of 20 to 30 minutes. It's aimed at riders of all levels and disciplines, from beginners to experienced athletes.
The challenge runs via our Instagram channel, where Hannah Erbe and my team introduce new, inspiring cardio and full-body exercises specifically designed to strengthen muscles and improve body coordination. In order to be able to train flexibly and conveniently from anywhere, we are also making the complete 3-week equestrian fitness program available to our followers as a download.
